"Si chiama "Acquolina in bocca", rosticceria palermitana esistente da 45 anni. Luogo rinomato che si affaccia per lo più sulla via Oreto, per me e mia madre era tappa d'obbligo tutte le volte che venivamo a Palermo. Si gusta il classico "pani ca' miusa" (panino con la milza) specialità palermitana. Ma c'è anche il panino con porchetta, cardi e broccoletti fritti e l'altro classico palermitano: panino con panelle. Ottimi tutti, locale rustico, personale cortese e prezzi bassi. Con una trentina di posti a sedere é un ottimo punto di ristoro per chi desidera fare una sosta mangiando qualcosa di diverso e speciale prima di ripartire."

"Non posso dire che sia una panineria storica perché non sono abbastanza anziano per confermarlo, ma negli ultimi vent'anni confermo che ci sono entrato un po' di volte. Oggi dopo il classico panino con la milza ho voluto assaggiare il panino con la porchetta (con cipolla fritta aromatizzata e piastrato) e devo dire che non si può descrivere. Per potere capire quello che riesce a farti provare al palato è necessario morderlo quindi indescrivibile. Simpatia e cortesia sono di casa."

"Una tappa per noi molto gradita ogni volta che ci troviamo a Palermo. Lo zio Totò era in numero uno, ma oggi mi ha fatto molto piacere trovare la moglie e il nipote, tra l'altro quest'ultimo ci ha fatto un panino con la porchetta al di sopra delle nostre aspettative (degno di zio Totò). Panelle fantastiche. Consigliatissimo se vi trovate a Palermo."
